For the dh-python side, to allow tox 4 to work with packages that have install_requires set, I've had to change the way we drive tox a little. https://salsa.debian.org/python-team/tools/dh-python/-/commit/d86475ab1097fa91d2332eb1bc65e123192ea14d This will require an additional Build-Depends on python3-wheel for git-imerge.
