during a test with piuparts I noticed your package failed to install. As per definition of the release team this makes the package too buggy for a release, thus the severity.
If I look at the log, it's redmine itself that fails during installation. @anbe: why did you decide to file against the plugin? I'm guessing here, but if redmine is installed and configured before installing the plugin, everything's fine?
