For a detailed documentation see package otrs-doc. . This package ships version 2 of OTRS. Note that there is no fully automatic upgrade path from version 1.3, please consult /usr/share/doc/otrs2/README.Debian.gz for more information about that. Rationale: I am the primary maintainer of OTRS. OTRS cannot be easily upgraded from version 1.3 to version 2. That is why I am planning to package version 2 in a seperate package providing a half automatic upgrade script.
