Bug#1038788: pterm crashes if resize is attempted after terminal reset

Version: 0.78-2

If I open pterm terminal window, resize it and then type in:
reset

That will reset the size of the terminal to 80 columns as one of the 
command's effects.

If I then try resizing pterm window to more columns, it crashes and in 
.xsession-errors I see:

pterm: ./terminal/terminal.c:2325: term_resize_request_completed: 
Assertion `term->win_resize_pending == WIN_RESIZE_AWAIT_REPLY' failed.
