Control: affects -1 + src:pixbros src:pixfrogger src:fenix-plugins

The fenix game development framework does not seem to be in a good state:

- no apparent activity upstream (https://sourceforge.net/projects/fenix/)
since at least 2013, and no commits in
  https://sourceforge.net/p/fenix/code/HEAD/tree/ since 2008
- an architectural assumption that pointers are <= 32-bit (#456037)
- based on the deprecated SDL 1.2 (#1038340)

Are the two games that depend on it (pixbros and pixfrogger, both most
recently uploaded by a maintainer in 2016) sufficiently important to
justify the amount of QA time that this family of packages takes up?

I think it might be time to remove these packages from Debian.

(The reason I'm looking at them now is that fenix FTBFS with
libsdl1.2-compat-dev and is risking blocking the transition to
sdl12-compat, so I'm going to do one more upload to fix that, if the
solution I have in mind works successfully.)
