Dear Maintainer, Rembrandt GPUs in combination with certain Parade TCONs are suffering from irrecoverable system hangs when PSR is enabled (as it is by default). There is a Gitlab ticket for this issue here: https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/drm/amd/-/issues/2443#note_1966723 An upstream firmware patch has landed which mitigates the issue: https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/firmware/linux- firmware.git/commit/amdgpu/yellow_carp_dmcub.bin?id=9dbd8ec28fd810e5f4f9da41452aba74896a5564 Please consider backporting this patch to Bookworm. Thank you very much. -- System Information: Debian Release: 12.0 APT prefers stable-security APT policy: (500, 'stable-security'), (500, 'stable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 6.1.0-9-amd64 (SMP w/16 CPU threads; PREEMPT) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8), LANGUAGE not set Shell: /bin/sh linked to /usr/bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) LSM: AppArmor: enabled firmware-amd-graphics depends on no packages. firmware-amd-graphics recommends no packages.
