florence was not released in Debian 11 or 12, and is no longer buildable
since gnome-doc-utils was removed (#947521). Its most recent maintainer
upload in Debian was in 2014, and its most recent upstream release was
also in 2014, so it seems unlikely that it will be ported to yelp.
I think it's time to remove this.
(Anyone who is interested in maintaining this package: please consider
this to be your last chance!)
