Bug#1040935: Please provide a version-less package for libboost-json1.81-dev

Version: 1.81.0-5.2

As per title. For example I can Depends: on
libboost-program-options-dev and have a nice transition. I cannot do
the equivalent with libboost-json1.81-dev
