Package: x2goclient Version: 4.1.2.2-2+b1 Severity: grave Justification: renders package unusable X-Debbugs-Cc: juergen.fuchsber...@uni-graz.at
x2goclient crashes with segfault under wayland when connecting to a remote x2go server. This bug is described under https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2018740. This happens since upgrading from bullseye to bookworm. Known workaround is starting it with QT_QPA_PLATFORM=xcb set, i.e.: env QT_QPA_PLATFORM=xcb x2goclient Log: 130 juf@wegc203081 ~ % x2goclient :( QSocketNotifier: Can only be used with threads started with QThread x2go-INFO-1> "Starting X2Go Client 4.1.2.2..." x2go-WARNING-1> English language requested, not loading translator. x2go-WARNING-1> English language requested, not loading translator. x2go-INFO-3> "Started X2Go Client." x2go-INFO-8> "Starting connection to server: wegc203089:22" RESUMING SESSION is KDRIVE: false [1] 6097 segmentation fault x2goclient -- System Information: Debian Release: 12.1 APT prefers stable-updates APT policy: (500, 'stable-updates'), (500, 'stable-security'), (500, 'stable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 6.1.0-10-amd64 (SMP w/4 CPU threads; PREEMPT) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8), LANGUAGE not set Shell: /bin/sh linked to /usr/bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) LSM: AppArmor: enabled Versions of packages x2goclient depends on: ii libc6 2.36-9+deb12u1 ii libcups2 2.4.2-3+deb12u1 ii libgcc-s1 12.2.0-14 ii libldap-2.5-0 2.5.13+dfsg-5 ii libqt5core5a 5.15.8+dfsg-11 ii libqt5gui5 5.15.8+dfsg-11 ii libqt5network5 5.15.8+dfsg-11 ii libqt5svg5 5.15.8-3 ii libqt5widgets5 5.15.8+dfsg-11 ii libqt5x11extras5 5.15.8-2 ii libssh-4 0.10.5-2 ii libstdc++6 12.2.0-14 ii libx11-6 2:1.8.4-2+deb12u1 ii libxpm4 1:3.5.12-1.1 ii nxproxy 2:3.5.99.26-5+b1 ii openssh-client 1:9.2p1-2 Versions of packages x2goclient recommends: ii openssh-server 1:9.2p1-2 ii rdesktop 1.9.0-2+b1 Versions of packages x2goclient suggests: pn pinentry-x2go <none> -- no debconf information
