spatialite (5.1.0-1) & spatialite-tools (5.1.0-1) are in unstable but still shows spatialite (5.0.1-3) & spatialite-tools (5.0.1-2) in stable, testing, unstable.
ullmann.debian.org:/auto.dsa/debian/dists/sid/main/binary-amd64/Packages.gz does not have these yet, but the mirrors do.
