Hello, this is a test environment issue.
dlt-logging has a multiple_log_file on /tmp check that deletes the latest .log 
file,
and then tries to delete the build log

Remove file /tmp/dlt-daemon_2.18.9-2_unstable.log failed! error=Operation not 
permitted
debug test: /tmp/dlt.log
configure dlt logging using file limits


And fails.
