Bug#1043383: python-pcre2 now available in sid

python-pcre2[0] from https://github.com/grtetrault/pcre2.py has passed the NEW queue and is now in the archive[1].

Upstream is responsive and seems easy to work with.

Already I've patched what appears to be the only user of python3-pcre to use python3-pcre2: debmutate [2]. Once that updated debmutate has migrated to testing, then this package (python-pcre) can be removed from the archive.
