Dear Maintainer,
The devscripts package FTBFS in Debian, in the reproducible builds
project, as well as in the derivative Apertis distribution.
The problem comes from `debchange`, which now doesn't like
buster-backports as a distro.
For the failing test, I bumpded the test distro from Buster to Bookworm.
Does it look correct ?

Subject: [PATCH] User bookworm-backports suite for guessed distro
While Buster Backport should still be active, it currently falls under
old-old-stable.
With debchange from the devscripts package in Bookworm, it reports an
error for Buster, which is not reported with the release code name
