As for php-laravel-lumen-framework, php-laravel-framework is not yet ready for the symfony 6 transition, documenting the issue in this bug report. As for the symfony 5 transition during the last cycle, I assume we should not block it by Laravel, and be ready to see php-laravel-lumen-framework and php-laravel-lumen-framework removed from testing if they are not yet ready (there is more than a year in the release cycle to get them ready).
