Control: reopen -1

Dear maintainer,

I still can reproduce the behavior reported originally on latest version
1:5.3-1. I get (to my untrained eye) the same error on a close line.
Again, downgrading to version 1:4.13-1 makes it work using the same book
and the same CSV file.

```
gnc.import:ERROR:./gnucash/import-export/import-backend.cpp:1023:gboolean g=
nc_import_exists_online_id(Transaction*, GHashTable*): assertion failed: (s=
ource_split)
```

Please let me know if you require any other information.

Regards,
Rock
