Bug#1052609: Package linux-image: "systemctl poweroff" don't POWEROFF the PC with Kernel 6.5

since  Kernel 6.5 from package linux-image in Debian/Sid the command  
"systemctl poweroff" don't  POWEROFF  the PC -
only HALT.
Kernel 6.5 is incompatible with my Hardware DELL XPS L702x.
