Please talk to your workplace's system administrator. I am regularly able to use GNOME Online Accounts to add Google accounts for work or school that don't have @gmail.com domains. One other thing to try is whether you are able to add the account to your mobile phone. I think we should close this bug because I don't think this is something that is broken in Debian or can be fixed in Debian. Thank you, Jeremy Bícha
