Bug#1053810: RM: please remove cron 4.0.1-1 from experimental /experimental -- ROM; cron 4.0.1 was made from cron 3.0pl1 (used in debian stable..unstable) by applying all debian patches, changing any of them into a git commit

This strategy was not the best, one can easier use 'gbp pq import/export' to
work with
git commits equivalent to debian patches. So the package cron 3.0pl1-175 can
still be
maintained with its big patch heap, while taking benefit of git's commit
mechanism with a
fine granularity.
