Unfortunately scrcpy is relying more and more on new API and it's no longer trivial to fit scrcpy-server into debian's android SDK of 23.
Even worse openjdk-17 and SDK 23 is a fatal combination to scrcpy-server; see https://github.com/Genymobile/scrcpy/issues/3481#issuecomment-1235538418 The only way to keep scrcpy usable might only be providing a prebuilt scrcpy-server somewhere else.
