The debian-devel-announce of today[1] reads:"Maintainers who wish to drop i386 support can do so *after* coordination with the reverse (build) dependencies of their package, as with dropping support for any other architecture."
As no package depend on texworks, I'll drop i386 as requested. If you have a patch for me I'll be glad.
