I am able to duplicate this, the upgrade to libtorrent-rasterbar has also broken qbittorrent-nox.
Workaround is to downgrade libtorrent-rasterbar, which resolved the issue for me. See https://github.com/qbittorrent/qBittorrent/issues/20149
