I wonder if you could reconsider this decision. There will be new releases which receive far more testing than the CPython "vendored" library, whose mpdecimal test suite is broken for 3 years. There are other consumers like the PHP decimal module. People occasionally ask for the package. Anyway, I have submitted a patch to the dh_sphinxdoc issue 1013395 and future releases will not include the HTML docs. Stefan Krah
