Package: nut
Version: 2.8.1-3

Hi,
the sync in Ubuntu of the latest nut version failed to test correctly [1][2].
I looked around and found that it is just a race when run on slow
machines as it also happened on an intentionally slowed down x86
machine. Then I found that this is a problem of Debian as well for
reiscv64 [3].

My experiments showed that we can easily bump up the sleeps used by an
order of magnitude and still complete the tests itself in 15 minutes
which I think is fine.

When looking at the fix (I'll submit a PR in a bit) feel free to use
other values. I've found x3 to work as well, but I was scared that it
might still be flaky on a bad day (e.g. other load on the same virt
host) that way.

Thanks in advance for considering this,
Christian Ehrhardt
