Package: ftp.debian.org Severity: normal Please remove golang-github-uber-jaeger-client-go. It was packaged solely to support the packaging of golang-github-grafana-dskit (bug #1001989) which had been required for the packaging of Incus. However, upstream Incus has removed the dependency on golang-github-grafana- dskit, so I no longer need to package it.
Given that golang-github-uber-jaeger-client-go is deprecated and packaged solely to support golang-github-grafana-dskit, I would prefer to not have it linger around in the archive when nothing depends on it. It has never been included in a stable release, and there are no reverse build deps in unstable. Thanks, Mathias
