The original obfs4proxy at https://git.torproject.org/pluggable-transports/obfs4.git and https://gitlab.com/yawning/obfs4 has ceased development, but The Tor Project has forked it, and renamed it to lyrebird at https://gitlab.torproject.org/tpo/anti-censorship/pluggable-transports/lyrebird .
