The mismatch between 1.3.268 and 1.2.275 is likely the problem. https://github.com/KhronosGroup/Vulkan-Tools/commit/64d9218726083ece79099341249890c75a5c4491 is where this issue was fixed and that commit is part of 1.3.274 (and higher). If you downgrade src:vulkan-loader to 1.3.268.0-1 then it should compile again. Looks like the vulkan-sdk versions need to be in sync.
