Dear Maintainer, Using lvresize/lvextend/lvreduce with --resizefs (-r) produces the following error message: root@debian:~# lvresize --resizefs -L+1G debian-vg/home Size of logical volume debian-vg/home changed from <42.76 GiB (10946 extents) to <43.76 GiB (11202 extents). File system ext4 found on debian-vg/home mounted at /home. Extending file system ext4 to <43.76 GiB (46984593408 bytes) on debian-vg/home... /usr/libexec/lvresize_fs_helper: execvp failed: No such file or directory Failed to extend file system with lvresize_fs_helper. File system extend error. Logical volume debian-vg/home successfully resized. At that point the logical volume is extended to the requested size but the filesystem is not. A somewhat non-obvious way to work-around this is to use --fs resize_fsadm instead of --resizefs.
