this important bug in /etc/network/if-up.d/resolved is pendent since more than one year. In Ubuntu this was already fixed in November 2023: https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ifupdown/0.8.36+nmu1ubuntu3.1 When will this be fixed in Debian 12 ?
