Sorry for my lack of answer.
LLVM 14 was already deprecated when this bug has been filed. I don't
think we should spend much time on this issue.
llvm 14 removal is #1050069

during a test with piuparts I noticed your package ships (or creates)
broken symlinks:

Possible target replacements are
liblldb.so: /usr/lib/llvm-14/lib/python3/dist-packages/lldb/_lldb.so
libLLVM-14.0.6.so.1: /usr/lib/<triplet>/libLLVM-14.so.1
lldb-argdumper: /usr/lib/llvm-14/bin/lldb-argdumper
(there is currently one level of '..' too much)
