Hi, A new upstream version 13.3 is available[1]. It is also a little confusing in that the auctex version on ELPA is already at 14.0.4[2]. It may worth figuring out which is the authentic upstream. I have made 2 pull requests based on the 13.3 release, one is for the upstream branch[3] and the other is for the master branch[4]. As noted in [3], a tag `upstream/13.3' should be created on upstream branch for `git deborig' to work.
