In sid and testing the binary packages `libgnutls30` and `libgnutls-dane0` are 
consistent versioned to 3.8.3-1 here.

Yes. sid may have some cruft 3.8.3-1 packages (with the old library package 
names)
sitting around until everything depending on them is gone from sid. But such
packages should have been removed from testing already (except armel/armhf,
where this will happen soon)
