This is a known issue and a result of a potential bug in Qt6 which results in dpkg-shlibdeps not adding the runtime dependency for libqt6svg6 during build. While I could hardwire libqt6svg6 as a runtime dependency into debian/control, this would cause problems when the ABI of the Qt6 SVG library is being bumped resulting in the library package being renamed from libqt6svg6 to libqt6svg7.
