Please let me know if this is still broken with chromium 124.

Video playback worked fine in the previous version,
122.0.6261.128-1~deb12u1

In the current version, when I attempt to play a video, the visual
portion is completed whited out. The playback controls are present,
playback position advances, audio can be heard, but the video is just a
solid, constant white (regardless of the site's background color).

During playback, the following pair of error messages are printed
repeatedly to the terminal:

     [179003:179003:0331/180459.326096:ERROR:raster_decoder.cc(2407)]
[.RenderCompositor-0x38dc004ddc00]GL ERROR :GL_INVALID_OPERATION :
glWritePixelsYUV: Failed to upload pixels to dest shared image

[179003:179003:0331/180459.385907:ERROR:shared_image_representation.cc(478)]
Attempt to read from an uninitialized SharedImage. Initialized region: (0, 0,
0, 0) Size: (544, 360)

I have downloaded the previous 122.0.6261.128-1~deb12u1 package, and
run it to confirm that it can still play video correctly. In fact, I
have 122 and 123 running side by side, with one working and the other
spewing errors.
