Hi,how dare you not read the NEWS of this package. Oh, you read it... This is however NOT a bug but a newly added feature. No functionalities means no vulnerabilities. It's that easy. Core plugins like this can be a "[risk] for most users."[1] You just need to install keepassxc-full to have anything from the original KeepassXC.
