Hi,

The 1.1.6 has been sitting in the NEW queue for almost 2 weeks, because
the version of the package introduces a split between the actual
software and data/documentation. If you can't wait, the package is also
available on my personal repository at
http://www.imalip.info/tellico/

The NEW queue is moving at its usual speed again, so it should only be a
matter of days before the package enters the archive.
