Looking at coot's build-it-3-3, it seems that it downloads the monomer
library from [1] from year 2016 while GitHub contains more recent
releases. Will coot be able to use the newer monomer library?

I don't know what is going on. I'd like it to be using a modern copy of
the monomer library. I'll look at this soon.
