Hello, just add the previous changelog entry, at least we know that something was in the archive?

Unfortunately the previous uploaded one is an older snapshot of the packaging work which is not available in the git history on the Salsa repository anymore. I was hoping that this newer version can be uploaded to override the previous one. I have reopened the bug closed by the previous version in hope that it passes the check on mentors. Will this work?
