there looks to be a vendored copy of jQuery in wizards/source/access2base/*.html javascript in this form has been an ongoing struggle to get our arms around as a project. Having the unminimized javascript that that was generated from in the source tarball is likely the easiest way to get to complience without modifying the code and adding a package dependency on jQuery. If there's already a copy I missed, we can just close this bug.
