That (with a versioned Depends on the newer kernel headers)
or with a #if LINUX_VERSION_CODE < KERNEL_VERSION(6, 9, 0)
(which will end up causing similar hassle should the change
be backported to stable kernels).
But, yes, such changes to the headers generally require
changes to klibc, as it subsumes those headers explicitly.
This bugreport was intended to signal to the developers
to please do so ☻
