Not a review. Purely a package usage observations.

'baby' currently requires super user access to use i.e. you must be root or use 
'sudo' to create
rules. This is because of the access levels required to write to 
'/etc/baby.conf'.

Would this application not be better creating a '~/config/baby/baby.conf', so 
that all users can use
the package for creating rules that do and do not require a certain access 
level?

A future thing to think on is command completion for created rules.
