Dear Maintainer, When working with upstream Git repositories, it's easy to forget adding `--ignore .git` to licensecheck runs and get it into spitting out binary blocks from Git blobs. It's usually desirable to ignore them by default. Expanding on that, it's also usually desirable to respect .gitignore or similar ignore files, as well as some common artifacts that are irrelevant for license checking purpose. -- Sdrager, Blair Noctis
