Closing this bug since I have dropped /etc/apparmor.d/font-manager from Debian font-manager package already as a temporary mitigation. On the other hand, I am waiting for the AppArmor Debian packager to migrate to AppArmor 4.x so that this issue is properly solved. Thanks, Boyuan Yang
