Hello, I might be misunderstanding something, but if I see it correctly, Manoj Srivastava is the sole maintainer of make(-dfsg). And it seems like they have not updated a package since December of 2020? Are they even actively packaging for Debian anymore?
I'd be very interested in a new version of GNU Make in Debian, since version 4.4.1 finally provided a fix for an old pain point in make: parallel building of archive members. Best regards, Christian Holme
