For the record, this mirror was already listed, but has dropped off the published list due to a combination of a few days when the tracefiles were apparently not being served, followed by a few days of the mirror not updating. It looks like things are working as expected again, so assuming it stays that way the mirror will automatically get re- included in the published list in due time.
