Understood, thanks for providing that additional information - then as mentioned in another reply, I am changing the request from what it was originally stated in the initial email that opened the bug, and I do not request that version numbers be added to testing. The implementation I am then requesting to rule on is defined in https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1077764#43 and, in practice, results only in a change to unstable, testing's content will remain as it currently is, with no change at all.
