As part of your fix for #1039285, you removed the LSB initscript. This was unnecessary as systemd units and LSB initscripts can coexist without conflict. It is still preferable for LSB initscripts to reside in their correct package rather than orphan-sysvinit-scripts. Please restore the initscript. If there are issues with it's function (I am not aware of any), I would be more than happy to assist with fixing them and on-going maintenance.
