Dear FTP Team,

As part of the Bioconductor 3.19 transition, the Debian R team agreed [0] to
remove builds for 32-bit architectures (where possible) in line with upstream's
cessation of support for 32-bit systems.

Here is the 18th such removal request, this time for r-bioc-oligo. `dak` dig flag an issue with
"r-bioc-arrayexpress", but that package is "arch: all" and it has no
reverse-build-dependencies. So as far as I can tell, removing the 32-bit builds of r-bioc-oligio
from unstable will not cause any problems:

$ ssh mirror.ftp-master.debian.org "dak rm --architecture=armel,armhf,i386
--no-arch-all-rdeps --binary-only --partial --rdep-check --no-action r-bioc-oligo"
Will remove the following packages from unstable:

r-bioc-oligo | 1.66.0+ds-1 | armel, armhf, i386
