I only use Debian packages(with experimental)
Apparently there was version 4:6.1.0-2 of kwayland-data because I have:

 *** 4:6.1.0-2 500
        500 /var/lib/dpkg/status
     4:5.115.0-2 501
        501 http://ftp.pl.debian.org/debian unstable/main amd64Packages
        501 http://ftp.pl.debian.org/debian unstable/main i386 Packages
        500 http://ftp.pl.debian.org/debian testing/main amd64 Packages
        500 http://ftp.pl.debian.org/debian testing/main i386 Packages
But for some reason it got stuck at 4:6.1.0-2
It shouldn't but it did
Not a bug
