Dear FTP Team, As part of the Bioconductor 3.19 transition, the Debian R team agreed [0] to remove builds for 32-bit architectures (where possible) in line with upstream's cessation of support for 32-bit systems. Here is the 25th such removal request, this time for r-bioc-hdf5array `dak` complains about various build and runtime dependencies being broken, all of which I've already filled 32-bit removal requests for; and for which I've set to block this bug. $ ssh mirror.ftp-master.debian.org "dak rm --architecture=armel,armhf,i386 --no-arch-all-rdeps --binary-only --partial --rdep-check --no-action r-bioc-hdf5array" Will remove the following packages from unstable: r-bioc-hdf5array | 1.30.1-1+b1 | armel, armhf, i386 Maintainer: Debian R Packages Maintainers <r-pkg-t...@alioth-lists.debian.net> ------------------- Reason ------------------- ---------------------------------------------- Checking reverse dependencies... # Broken Depends: r-bioc-dropletutils: r-bioc-dropletutils r-bioc-glmgampoi: r-bioc-glmgampoi r-bioc-gsva: r-bioc-gsva # Broken Build-Depends: r-bioc-alabaster.matrix: r-bioc-hdf5array (1.32.0 >=) r-bioc-bsseq: r-bioc-hdf5array (1.32.0 >=) r-bioc-dropletutils: r-bioc-hdf5array (1.32.0 >=) r-bioc-glmgampoi: r-bioc-hdf5array (1.32.0 >=) r-bioc-gsva: r-bioc-hdf5array (1.32.0 >=) r-bioc-scrnaseq: r-bioc-hdf5array (1.32.0-1~0exp2 >=) Dependency problem found. --- Thanks!
