This test failure has happened before, and appears to consistently
succeed on a retry.
For this reason, I took the liberty of downgrading the issue severity.
Looking at the code, I'm really not sure what might cause the issue.
I've filed a bug
upstream to seek guidance and opinions.
Upstream has reacted to issues on flaky tests before in
https://github.com/onsi/ginkgo/issues/247, so I'm optimistic about
getting a response.
